Dumbo residence

Laseu Studio undertook the design of a stylish penthouse in Dumbo, aiming to infuse a creative spirit into the new construction. The interior design emphasized rich textures and inviting furnishings to balance the stark white walls and large frameless windows that characterized each room.

The open kitchen was reimagined for both practicality and style, seamlessly integrating with the dining and living areas. Custom millwork featuring white oak was installed throughout the penthouse. This included bookshelves, desks, headboards, and bathroom vanities, ensuring a cohesive and polished look. Additionally, custom furniture fabricated by Work at Hand was incorporated into the design, enhancing the bespoke quality of the interior. Two rooms were transformed into functional spaces—a home office and a music studio—catering to the clients' lifestyle needs.
