PM Residence

The concept proposal is for a luxurious residence situated near the breathtaking Punta Mita peninsula on the Mexican Pacific coast. The design of the house is focused on taking full advantage of the stunning ocean views, with the rooms featuring large openings that allow the cool ocean breeze to flow through the space.

The living areas of the house are all located outside and are sheltered by a canopy, providing shade from the sun while still allowing for ample natural light. These areas are arranged around a beautiful infinity pool that faces the beach, creating a perfect space for relaxing and entertaining.

The one-story house is designed on a grid system that is demarcated by elegant light brick columns and wooden beams. The overall color palette is neutral and rich in texture, with the walls painted in a white lime paint and the flooring consisting of large format cantera stone tiles. Most of the furniture in the house is custom made, utilizing natural solid woods and heavy textured linens and leathers, to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
